An Inspired Approach
To Advanced Placement Training…

The AP Institute of the Cascades prides itself not only in providing an excellent learning environment for educators seeking AP training –

but also by providing a cultural and recreational experience for participants to connect with peers from across the country and explore the best of what sun-filled Central Oregon has to offer.

We sincerely believe…

Environment plays a significant role in the learning process – so we’ve made a special effort to create an intentional and exceptional learning environment – both in and out of the classroom – to keep you motivated, refreshed and inspired.

In collaboration with City of Bend, the AP Institute of the Cascades is proud to present a special itinerary of curated outdoor and cultural activities and events that you can explore on your own or by joining one of our FREE guided group adventures.

You deserve an experience…

We encourage each participant to book at least one extra day before and/or after the training (Aug. 5 and 10) to take advantage one of our FREE guided group adventures to experience the best of what Bend has to offer.

We’ve organized these extra-curricular activities with the goal of creating an enriching and inspiring learning environment.

Please note all activities are optional and organized as an additional courtesy for seminar participant’s. Some activities require extra fees as noted.

An abundance of adventure…

At 4 p.m. each day class ends… and you will be free to explore Bend!

Even if you can’t join us for the additional days of Aug 5 or 10 — all participants will have an opportunity to enjoy a variety of group or independent activities that can be explored each day after the training.

Evening meals are not included in the registration price, but we have selected a local restaurant each evening as a meeting place for attendees to connect with peers from around the country, instructors and AP Institute representatives.
